{"id":6887,"date":"2019-01-29T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2019-01-28T23:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/acm.mc\/index.php\/edition\/rallye-monte-carlo-historique-edition-2020\/programme\/"},"modified":"2022-09-22T17:44:39","modified_gmt":"2022-09-22T15:44:39","slug":"programme","status":"publish","type":"edition","link":"https:\/\/acm.mc\/en\/edition\/23e-rallye-monte-carlo-historique\/event\/programme\/","title":{"rendered":"Presentation of the event"},"content":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"parent":10585921,"menu_order":1135,"template":"","categories":[],"class_list":["post-6887","edition","type-edition","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":{"afficher_la_page_en_grise":false,"activer_la_redirection":false,"contenu_des_pages":[{"acf_fc_layout":"bloc-contenu","contenu":"<h2><strong>23<sup>rd<\/sup> Rallye Monte-Carlo Historique <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>(January 29 &#8211; February 5, 2020)<\/p>\n<h3><strong>A tough nut to crack!<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Three days only after the arrival of the 88<sup>th<\/sup>Monte-Carlo Rally, crews entered in the 23<sup>rd<\/sup> Rallye Monte-Carlo Historique will be faced with a very tough route as well: a succession of Regularity Stages (SR) where great stories where written, belonging to the legend of this prestigious event won 60 years ago by the Mercedes 220 SE (#128) of Walter Schock \/ Rolf Moll. This 2020 edition will be even more exciting, thanks to the dedicated Organizing Committee at Automobile Club de Monaco (ACM). The succession of Michel Badosa and Mogens Reidl, the winning crew last year in a Renault 8, is now open\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Rallye Monte-Carlo Historique can only accept cars entered in previous editions of the <strong>Monte-Carlo Rally between 1911 and 1980<\/strong>. And in order to allow all crews a chance to finish in a decent position, they will again have a choice, in 2020, between three average speeds to respect during the whole race.<\/p>\n<p>The start of this 23<sup>rd<\/sup> edition will be given on <strong>Wednesday January 29<\/strong> for the first starts of the <strong>concentration leg<\/strong>, in <strong>Athens (1,715km\/12:40pm)\u00a0<\/strong>and <strong>Glasgow (2,142km\/6pm)<\/strong>. Then, on <strong>Friday January 31<\/strong>, other crews will depart from <strong>Bad Homburg<\/strong><strong>(1,257km\/2pm)<\/strong>, <strong>Milano (1,069km\/6pm)<\/strong>, <strong>Barcelona (958km\/7pm)<\/strong>, <strong>Reims (940km\/7pm)\u00a0<\/strong>and <strong>Monte-Carlo (950km\/8pm)\u00a0<\/strong>with a common destination: <strong>Buis-les-Baronnies<\/strong>, in the very heart of Dr\u00f4me Proven\u00e7ale, a rallying point that crews will reach on <strong>Saturday February 1<\/strong> from <strong>10:30am\u00a0<\/strong>onwards. At that point, the concentration leg will not be over. It will end with the first two regularity stages, well-known by regular competitors of the event: <strong>Montauban-sur-l&#8217;Ouv\u00e8ze \u2013 Saint-Andr\u00e9-de-Rosans \/ SR1 \/\u00a045km \/ 11:30am\u00a0<\/strong>followed by <strong>La Motte-Chalancon \u2013 Saint-Nazaire-le-D\u00e9sert \/ SR2 \/\u00a017km\u00a0\/ 1:10pm<\/strong>. The last checkpoint of the day is scheduled in <strong>Crest<\/strong> at <strong>3pm<\/strong>, before rallying <strong>the host-city, Valence (Dr\u00f4me)<\/strong>, where the first crews are expected on <strong>Champ de Mars\u00a0<\/strong>from <strong>3:55 pm\u00a0<\/strong>onwards.<\/p>\n<p>On <strong>Sunday February 2<\/strong>, at <strong>6:30am<\/strong>, the <strong>Classification Leg<\/strong> in Ard\u00e8che will start with <strong>La Croze &#8211; Antraigues-sur-Volane\u00a0\/ SR3 \/ 57km \/\u00a07:50am<\/strong>, another classic stage with its finish line in front of the famous \u201cRemise\u201d, the mythical restaurant of the Jouanny family. Another legendary stage will follow, <strong>Burzet &#8211; Lachamp-Rapha\u00ebl \/ SR4 \/ 49km \/\u00a09:55am<\/strong>, in a brand new version crossing Saint-Martial. The half-day pause is scheduled from <strong>12:40pm<\/strong> on <strong>Place du March\u00e9<\/strong>in <strong>Saint-Agr\u00e8ve<\/strong>, where all crews will enjoy a pleasing moment tasting local produce, before starting an interesting loop: <strong>Saint-Bonnet-le-Froid \/ SR5 \/\u00a025km \/ 1:05pm<\/strong> followed by <strong>Saint-Pierre-sur-Doux \u2013 Col du Buisson \/ SR6 \/\u00a022km \/ 1:45pm<\/strong>. Then, on the way back to <strong>Valence <\/strong>(<strong>4:50pm<\/strong>), there will be a checkpoint in <strong>Plats<\/strong> <strong>(3:35 pm)\u00a0<\/strong>and a popular and festive stop on <strong>Quai Farconnet in Tournon-sur-Rh\u00f4ne<\/strong>, from <strong>4pm\u00a0<\/strong>onwards.<\/p>\n<p>Heading for Vercors, the Ecrins Nature Park and the Diois area, the <strong>1<sup>st<\/sup> Part of the Common Leg<\/strong> will start on <strong>Monday February 3<\/strong> at <strong>6:30am<\/strong> for what promises to be a very tough day on the road. The first Regularity Stage will be <strong>Col de Gaudissart \u2013 La Cime du Mas \/ SR7 \/ 18km \/\u00a08am<\/strong>\u00a0followed by <strong>Les Noni\u00e8res &#8211; Chichilianne \/ SR8 \/ 19km \/\u00a09:50am<\/strong>, then a checkpoint on <strong>Place Roger Brachet<\/strong> in <strong>Mens (10:50am)<\/strong> before starting <strong>Saint-Michel-en-Beaumont \u2013 Corps \/ SR9 \/\u00a016km \/ 11:25am<\/strong> \u00a0and eventually <strong>La Piarre \u2013 Establet \/ SR10 \/\u00a031km \/ 1:20pm<\/strong>. The last pause of the day, before returning to <strong>Valence (5:40pm)<\/strong>, will happen on <strong>Place du Champ de Mars<\/strong> at <strong>Saint-Jean-en-Royans\u00a0<\/strong>with a checkpoint from <strong>4:30pm\u00a0<\/strong>onwards.<\/p>\n<p>On <strong>Tuesday February 4<\/strong>, the first crews will leave <strong>Valence<\/strong> at <strong>5:30am<\/strong>. This <strong>2<sup>nd\u00a0<\/sup>Part of the Common Leg<\/strong> will start with <strong>Saint-Nazaire-le-D\u00e9sert\u00a0\u2013 La Motte-Chalan\u00e7on \/ SR11 \/ 21km \/\u00a07:05am\u00a0<\/strong>followed closely by <strong>Br\u00e9ziers \u2013 Selonnet\u00a0\/ SR 12 \/\u00a018km \/ 9:55am<\/strong>. After a checkpoint on <strong>Place du Tampinet<\/strong> in <strong>Digne-les-Bains (11:15am)<\/strong>, the crews will head for the legendary stage of Col de Corobin, <strong>Etablissement Thermal &#8211; Norante\u00a0\/ SR13 \/ 16km \/ 11:25am<\/strong>. The last checkpoint before entering parc ferm\u00e9 in <strong>Monaco (3:15pm)<\/strong> will be set up on <strong>Place Neuve<\/strong> in <strong>La Turbie<\/strong>, from <strong>2:40pm<\/strong> onwards.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>Final Leg<\/strong>, scheduled for the night of <strong>Tuesday 4<\/strong> to <strong>Wednesday February 5<\/strong>, will start from <strong>Monaco<\/strong> at <strong>9pm<\/strong>,\u00a0 with two more legendary stages on the menu: <strong>Col de Braus \u2013 Lantosque \/ SR14 \/ 34km \/\u00a010:15pm<\/strong> and <strong>La Boll\u00e8ne-V\u00e9subie \u2013 Sospel \/ SR15 \/ 35km \/\u00a011:35pm. <\/strong>The remaining crews will then reach Port Hercule in <strong>Monaco<\/strong> around <strong>1:30am<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, according to tradition, the Gala and the Prize Giving will take place on the evening of\u00a0<strong>Wednesday February 5 <\/strong>in the\u00a0<strong>Salle des Etoiles &#8211; Monte-Carlo Sporting Club\u00a0<\/strong>(evening dress mandatory or dark clothing mandatory).<\/p>\n<p>NB: All timings and stage lengths indicative and provisional until the official route is published.<\/p>\n"}],"icone_quick_link":""},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
