The Monaco Historic Grand Prix is a one-of-a-kind event, celebrating the golden age of motorsport on one of the most iconic circuits in the world. Formula 1 Grand Prix cars with turbo engines will be able to take part in the 15th<\/sup> Grand Prix de Monaco Historique in April 24-26, 2026. Changes to FIA regulations will enable the Organizing and Selection Committee at Automobile Club de Monaco (ACM) to reserve a specific class for them, as originally planned for 2022, when the Race G was introduced, for F1 single-seaters that raced at Monaco Grand Prix from 1981 to 1985.<\/span><\/b><\/div>\r\n

The stars, however, and to the delight of those nostalgic for F1's golden age, are likely to remain the 3-liter-engined single-seaters. Generally equipped with Ford Cosworth DFV V8s, their advent in 1966 fundamentally changed the image and reputation of F1. An expected field of 80 to 100 cars in Race D to G, all generally in a state of perfect preservation, capable of racing faster than fifty years ago on the streets of Monaco, in much better grip conditions and in complete safety.<\/p>\r\n

A true tribute to Scuderia Ferrari<\/strong>, winner 11 times in the Principality with legendary drivers.\r\n\r\n

An exceptional line-up<\/h3>\r\nA total of 12 Formula 1 cars from 1998 to 2011<\/strong> will be brought together to thrill spectators with the sound of their engines.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n\"\"<\/a>\r\n\r\nFrom the 1990s shaped by the Jean Todt era to the early 2000s golden age with Michael Schumacher, including iconic models such as the F2004, the Ferrari Parade will showcase some of the most legendary single-seaters. More recent years will also be represented, notably with the F2007 driven by Kimi R\u00e4ikk\u00f6nen and the F150 driven by Fernando Alonso.\r\n\r\nThese cars will be displayed to the public in the heart of the Paddock on Saturday 25 and Sunday 26.\r\n\r\n

Jacky Ickx in the spotlight<\/h3>\r\nOpening the parade, the Monaco Circuit will welcome Belgian motorsport legend Jacky Ickx<\/strong>, driving the iconic 1968 Ferrari 312 F1<\/strong>, the very car in which he won the French Grand Prix in Rouen<\/strong> that same year.\r\n\r\n
