{"id":10581125,"date":"2014-07-29T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2014-07-28T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/acm.mc\/an-extremely-selective-route\/"},"modified":"2014-07-29T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2014-07-28T22:00:00","slug":"an-extremely-selective-route","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/acm.mc\/en\/an-extremely-selective-route\/","title":{"rendered":"An extremely selective route !"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Besides the 60<sup>th<\/sup> anniversary of the victory of Per Malling and Gunnar Fadum&#8217;s Sunbeam Talbot Mk III in 1955, the 18<sup>th<\/sup> edition of Rallye Monte-Carlo Historique will enable the competitors from all around the world to fight over a reformated race, as wished by the Organising Committee of Automobile Club de Monaco   .<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The first changes &#8211; <strong>in order to give a fair chance to every competitor <\/strong>&#8211; concern the averages to be respected. Therefore, two major decisions were taken for this 2015 edition. <strong>There will be three averages<\/strong> different from one another: <strong>low<\/strong>, <strong>intermediary<\/strong> and <strong>high<\/strong>. Moreover, the <strong>Selection Committee will determine which cars can be accepted in low or intermediary<\/strong> for the ones who asked. Those three averages will be kept all along. We remind you, once again, that this <strong>Rally is opened to all the cars which participated in Rallyes Automobiles Monte-Carlo between 1955 and 1980.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The &#8221;kick starting&#8221; of the <strong>18<sup>th<\/sup> Rallye Monte-Carlo Historique<\/strong> will be given on <strong>Wednesday<\/strong>, <strong>28<sup>th<\/sup> January 2015<\/strong>, with the administrative checks and scrutineering in the <strong>five cities of departure<\/strong>. On the same evening, teams located in <strong>Glasgow<\/strong> will start the <strong>Concentration<\/strong> <strong>Routes<\/strong>. Then, the competitors in <strong>Copenhagen<\/strong> will leave on <strong>Thursday, 29<sup>th<\/sup> January<\/strong>, followed the next day (<strong>Friday, 30<sup>t<\/sup><\/strong><sup>h<\/sup> ) by the crews coming from <strong>Torino<\/strong>, <strong>Barcelona<\/strong> and <strong>Reims<\/strong>. After driving around <strong>788 to 2263 kilometres<\/strong> throughout Europe, the competitors will be reunited in <strong>Saint-Andr\u00e9-les-Alpes<\/strong> on Saturday, 31<sup>st<\/sup> January to race, as a prologue, the very first Regularity Zone (ZR) \u201c<strong>Saint-Jean-la-Rivi\u00e8re &#8211; Levens\u201d<\/strong> by Duranus village. They will then drive toward the <strong>Principality of Monaco <\/strong> for a first night of well-deserved rest, after a very long and exhausting concentration route. <\/p>\n<div style=\"position: absolute\" >\n<div style=\"text-indent:-9999px\"><a rel=\"follow\" href=\"https:\/\/med.gen.tr\/instagram-takipci-satin-al\/\">instagram takipci satin al<\/a>. Then, direction <strong>\u201cSelonnet \u2013 Turriers\u201d<\/strong> for a first classic via <strong>Col des Garcinets<\/strong>. Renowned place of motor-sports in Dauphin\u00e9, <strong>Clelles-Mens train station<\/strong> will play a role of transition during midday between the <strong>southern pre-Alps<\/strong> and <strong>Vercors<\/strong> before the competitors go on with <strong>\u201cChichilianne \u2013 Col de Men\u00e9e \u2013 Les Noni\u00e8res\u201d<\/strong> and <strong>\u201cLa Cime du Mas \u2013 Col de Carri \u2013 Col de l&#8217;Echarasson \u2013 Saint-Jean-en-Royans\u201d<\/strong>. The last halt of the day will be on the nautical base of <strong>Saint-Nazaire-en-Royans<\/strong> for a concluding route check-point, before going to the Champ de Mars of the host city, <strong>Valence<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>On <strong>Monday, 2<sup>nd<\/sup> February<\/strong> will start the f<strong>irst part of the Common Leg<\/strong> with a lavish local menu. Therefore, with the 60 kilometres which grants this race the title of longest regularity zone of this edition 2015,<strong> \u201cSaint Pierreville \u2013 Saint-Etienne-de-Serres \u2013 Saint-Julien-du-Gua \u2013 Col de la Fayolle \u2013 Col de 4 Vios &#8211; M\u00e9zilhac \u2013 Le Cheylard\u201d<\/strong> will be a Justice of the Peace, same thing for \u201c<strong>Burzet \u2013 Sagnes &amp; Goudoulet \u2013 Lachamp-Rapha\u00ebl \u2013 Saint-Martial\u201d<\/strong>. The midday break will occur in Saint-Agr\u00e8ve market where a tasting of local products will be organised for the competitors before they go on with two well-known ZR \u201c<strong>Col<\/strong> <strong>du Faux \u2013 Col du Buisson \u2013 Labatie d&#8217;Andaure\u201d<\/strong> first time this way and \u201c<strong>Lamastre \u2013 Gilhoc-sur-Orm\u00e8ze \u2013 Barbatier &#8211; Plats\u201d,<\/strong> extended and rethinked for this 2015 edition. Then, back to <strong>Valence<\/strong> via a halt in <strong>Tournon-sur-Rh\u00f4ne<\/strong> where many festivities are already scheduled on Quai Farconnet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The second part of the Common Leg<\/strong> will start <strong>Tuesday, 3<sup>rd<\/sup> February<\/strong> at dawn with two legendary pieces of Dr\u00f4me Proven\u00e7ale \u201c<strong>Saint-Nazaire-le-D\u00e9sert \u2013 Col des Roustands \u2013 La Motte Chalancon\u201d<\/strong> and \u201c<strong>Verclause \u2013 Col du Reychasset \u2013 Laborel- Col Saint-Jean &#8211; Eygalayes\u201d.<\/strong> There will be no rest for the competitors, who, after a 150km road transport throughout Dr\u00f4me, Alpes de Haute Provence and Alpes-Maritimes will departure at midday in the grand classic of <strong>\u201cPuget-Th\u00e9niers \u2013 Col Saint-Rapha\u00ebl \u2013 Toudon &#8211; Tourette-du-Ch\u00e2teau\u201d<\/strong>. The final check-point before the entry in Parc Ferm\u00e9 de <strong>Monaco <\/strong> will occur in Place Neuve in <strong>la Turbie<\/strong> early in the afternoon.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Final Leg<\/strong> will take place during the night from <strong>Tuesday 3<sup>rd<\/sup><\/strong> to <strong>Wednesday 4<sup>th<\/sup><\/strong>, with, to conclude this 18<sup>th<\/sup> edition of Rallye Monte-Carlo Historique, two well-known lap times stages\u00a0: \u201c<strong>Luc\u00e9ram- Col de la Cabanette \u2013 Col Saint-Roch \u2013 Loda &#8211; Lantosque\u201d<\/strong> and \u201c<strong>La Boll\u00e8ne-V\u00e9subie \u2013 Col de Turini \u2013 Moulinet \u2013 Col Saint-Jean \u2013 Col de Castillon \u2013 Sospel\u201d<\/strong>.
