\u00ab\u00a0Being able to parade during this ePrix of Monaco is very special for us, says Lucien Jenny, member of the Solar Pulse association and project\u2019s organizer. When we have proposed it to our students, they were all looking forward to come here. We have chosen Monaco for its historical dimension and its relation to the ecology. This is the perfect place for us.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n

In addition to the Solar World GT sharer of the world record with more than 29\u00a0700 km cross by solar energy accumulated by its solar panels, the fans will also discover futuristic and surprising cars.<\/p>\n

\u201cTwo of the cars presented here are part of the challenger, he says. They are somewhat equivalent of the Formula E. This is three or four\u2019s wheel cars. They go fast enough since the best can ride smoothly to 160 km\/h.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

Already engaged in race in Australia, South Africa, America or Abu Dhabi, the Solar Team does not stop their way and hopes to participate in an event in the Principality soon.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe hope that the third car, currently under construction, can race to the rallye des \u00e9nergies nouvelles or to the rallye zenn in the future, reveals Lucien Jenny. We made a request to the Automobile Club in order to come as close to their technical regulations. The target would be to participate to the rally only with solar energy and without reloading our car.
