{"id":10581598,"date":"2022-03-24T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2022-03-23T23:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/acm.mc\/e-rallye-2022-save-the-date\/"},"modified":"2022-04-21T18:22:59","modified_gmt":"2022-04-21T16:22:59","slug":"e-rallye-2022-save-the-date","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/acm.mc\/en\/e-rallye-2022-save-the-date\/","title":{"rendered":"E-Rallye 2022: Save the date!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In order to avoid a calendar conflict with the Paris Motor Show, the 100% electric &amp; hydrogen version of the Monte-Carlo Rally will take place a week later than originally planned, from Wednesday 26 to Sunday 30 October 2022.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The &#8220;Grand D\u00e9part&#8221; will be held this year from Valence, an emblematic host town in the Dr\u00f4me department and partner of the Automobile Club de Monaco for many years.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The route of this 6<sup>th<\/sup> edition will be communicated in the next few weeks and should include both renowned Regularity Stages (SR) and brand new timed sectors, as yet unexplored by the organizing committee&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After two and a half racing days in the Dr\u00f4me, Ard\u00e8che, Vaucluse, Alpes-de-Haute-Provence and Var departments, the competitors will head for the Principality of Monaco on Friday evening before the final leg, which will be highly competitive and will take place in the hinterland&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><u>Provisional programme<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Publication of the Rules &amp; Opening of entries:\u00a0<\/strong>Friday 26 August 2022<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Closing date for entries:\u00a0<\/strong>Monday 26 September 2022<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Publication of the list of participants:\u00a0<\/strong>Friday 7 October 2022<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>About E-Rally Monte-Carlo<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">E-Rally Monte-Carlo is an authentic regularity road race reserved to 100% Electric Vehicles (excluding any use of range\u00a0extenders) and 100% Hydrogen-powered cars. It is now very appreciated by car manufacturers and race teams who are eager to show, in a real and tough environment, the technological and innovative potential of their vehicles. Its new name comes back to 2016, following previous editions called \u201cRally Monte-Carlo for Electric Vehicles\u201d (1995 to 1999), then \u201cRally Monte-Carlo Fuel Cell &amp; Hybrids\u201d (2005, 2006), Rally Monte-Carlo for Alternative Energy Vehicles (2007 to 2011) and Rally Monte-Carlo for New Energies \/ Rally Monte-Carlo ZENN (2012 to 2015).
