Well before the creation of the Formula 1 World Championship in 1950, the streets of the Principality already welcomed the greatest drivers of their era, shaping a unique legend that has continued for nearly a century.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The 3.337 km urban circuit has demanded the utmost precision and concentration from drivers for almost 100 years. Its legendary corners have seen the triumphs of motorsport icons such as Ayrton Senna, Michael Schumacher, Alain Prost, Niki Lauda, Lewis Hamilton, Max Verstappen\u2026 and also two Monegasque drivers: Louis Chiron in 1931 and Charles Leclerc in 2024. More recently, Lando Norris added his name to this prestigious winners\u2019 list in 2025.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>A Strengthened Partnership<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Every year, the Automobile Club de Monaco, supported by the Monegasque institutions and several hundred volunteers, works to ensure the success and safety of this extraordinary event. This new contract extension reflects the strength and trust of a historic partnership that continues to shine a global spotlight on the Principality.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>His Serene Highness, Prince Albert II of Monaco, said: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cThe renewal of the Monaco Grand Prix until 2035 is in keeping with a sporting and historical tradition to which the Principality remains deeply attached.
