The Automobile Club de Monaco hereby informs its members of the Annual Ordinary General Meeting<\/strong>, which will be held on Thursday, November 13, 2025<\/strong>, at 6:00 p.m., at the Club\u2019s headquarters, 23 boulevard Albert 1er, Monaco.<\/p>\n

In accordance with Article 28 of the Statutes, attendance must be confirmed in writing no later than eight days prior to the General Meeting. Consequently, any attendance not confirmed under the above conditions will not be accepted.<\/p>\n

The draft amendment to the Statutes is available for consultation by members at the headquarters of the Automobile Club de Monaco.<\/p>\n

Agenda:<\/p>\n

  1. Reading of the moral report of the Association for the financial year ended December 31, 2024, and activity report for the year 2025,<\/li>\n
  2. Reading of the financial report of the Association for the financial year ended December 31, 2024,<\/li>\n
  3. Reading of the Statutory Auditor\u2019s report,<\/li>\n
  4. Review and approval of the financial statements as of December 31, 2024, and discharge to be given to the Directors for their management,<\/li>\n
  5. Allocation of the result,<\/li>\n
  6. Proposal to amend the Statutes concerning the conditions for admission and exclusion of members in accordance with Article 39 of the Statutes,<\/li>\n
  7. Communication of amendments made to the Internal Regulations and its annex regarding the Corps of Marshals, pursuant to Article 46 of the Statutes,<\/li>\n
