Arriving in Monaco as leader of the Bridgestone FIA ecoRally Cup, the crew of the Kia E-Niro no.2 lived up to expectations by claiming victory in the E-Rallye Monte-Carlo 2025. The Portuguese duo Eduardo Carpinteiro Albino and Jos\u00e9 Carlos Figueiredo (Kia EV3 no.39) and the Belgian crew of Bernard Heine and Val\u00e9rie Piette (Volkswagen ID.7 Tourer no.7) completed the podium after a thrilling final Leg.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The overall winner was only decided when car no.39 crossed the timing line in Roubion, the very last moment of the rally, after four Leg of one of the most competitive editions ever. Here\u2019s a look back at the day\u2019s four Regularity Stages.<\/p>\n<h5>RS11: Heine and Piette move onto the virtual podium<\/h5>\n<p>A well-known stage in Monte-Carlo, the route between La Rochette and Entrevaux served as the first major challenge of the final Leg. On narrow and technical roads, Bernard Heine and Val\u00e9rie Piette in the Volkswagen no.7 delivered the best performance. Crew no.15 took full advantage during the descent from Col des Champs. In the end, it wasn\u2019t the favorites who shone during the E-Power Stage between Beuil and Roubion. Ford surprised everyone with the crew of Nadia Delvaux and Jean Marc Piret (no.34) winning their first stage.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Top 3 RS14 (Beuil to Roubion):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Nadia Delvaux \/ Jean Marc Piret (Ford Explorer no.34)<\/li>\n<li>Michel Decremer \/ Marie Claire Martens (Volkswagen ID.7 no.9)<\/li>\n<li>Bernard Heine \/ Val\u00e9rie Piette (Volkswagen ID.7 Tourer no.7)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a class=\"cta\" href=\"https:\/\/acm.mc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/x0G-ERAMC2025_SR_14_-_Detailed.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">RS14 Results<\/a><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>With only 8 more penalty points than leaders Guerrini and Prusak, Eduardo Carpinteiro Albino and Jos\u00e9 Carlos Figueiredo had a chance to take the win in the final stage. In the end, the Portuguese duo only managed to recover half of the gap, finishing just four small points away from victory in the Principality. An incredibly narrow margin in regularity rallying!<\/p>\n<p>Bridgestone FIA ecoRally Cup leaders Guido Guerrini and Artur Prusak secured a well-earned victory that brings them closer to the championship title. They won with 236 penalty points, just ahead of Carpinteiro Albino and Figueiredo (240 points).
