In a month\u2019s time, the Principality will welcome Formula 1 for this exciting weekend. Find out everything you need to know ahead of this major event!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>An iconic fixture on the calendar, the <strong>Formula 1 Louis Vuitton Grand Prix de Monaco 2026<\/strong> promises to be a thrilling affair. From <strong>Thursday 4 to Sunday 7 June<\/strong>, the Monaco Circuit will host the 22 drivers of the 2026 <strong>Formula 1<\/strong> season, as well as the <strong>Formula 2<\/strong>, <strong>Formula 3<\/strong> and <strong>Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup<\/strong> teams.<\/p>\n<p>Unlike other races, the weekend in Monaco will kick off on <strong>Thursday 4 June<\/strong> with free <strong>practice sessions<\/strong> for the three support categories. Formula 1 will take centre stage from Friday onwards, following its traditional format: two free practice sessions on Friday (1:30 pm and 5:00 pm), a third on Saturday at 12:30 pm, before <strong>qualifying<\/strong> at 4:00 pm. There will be a range of free activities on offer, including interviews with the drivers, driving simulators and live music\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Also not to be missed are two Formula 2 races (2:15 pm on Saturday and 9:35 am on Sunday) and two Formula 3 races (10:45 am on Saturday and 7:55 am on Sunday), followed by the Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup race, which starts at 11:55 am on Sunday.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"cta\" href=\"https:\/\/acm.mc\/en\/epreuves\/formula-1-grand-prix-de-monaco\/event\/program\/\">Discover the program<\/a><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Mercedes, alone against the rest<\/h3>\n<p>Four rounds of the 2026 Formula 1 World Championship season have been contested so far, and it is the young <strong>Kimi Antonelli<\/strong> (<strong>Mercedes<\/strong>) who leads the drivers\u2019 championship. The Italian has won the last three Grands Prix and leads his team-mate <strong>George Russell<\/strong>, winner of the opening Grand Prix in Australia, in the standings.<\/p>\n<p>Behind them, <strong>McLaren<\/strong> seems to be closing in on the Silver Arrows. <strong>Lando Norris<\/strong>, winner of the 2025 Monaco Grand Prix, will be keen to shine in the Principality. <strong>Oscar Piastri<\/strong> also dreams of securing victory in Monaco for the first time in his career, just like his manager Mark Webber (winner in 2010 and 2012).<\/p>\n<p>On home soil, <strong>Charles Leclerc<\/strong> (<strong>Ferrari<\/strong>) will be keen to repeat his 2024 performance. The Monegasque driver will be one of the favourites for the fiercely contested qualifying session, his favourite exercise. Finally, we mustn\u2019t forget <strong>Max Verstappen<\/strong> (<strong>Red Bull<\/strong>), a two-time winner at Monaco (2021 and 2023). Even though Red Bull has struggled so far in the 2026 season, the Dutchman is capable of anything.<\/p>\n<p>This Formula 1 Louis Vuitton Grand Prix de Monaco 2026 will also be an opportunity to see the new cars and the two new teams, <strong>Audi<\/strong> and <strong>Cadillac<\/strong>, with your own eyes.
