As the bookings cannot be postponed for the following year (2021), we already started the refund process for all orders. If you already received your tickets, please do not send them back to us.
In order to proceed to the different formalities as soon as possible, please read and review the following information:
1/ If you have booked on our website www.formula1monaco.com and your credit card used for the ticket purchase is still valid (if there has been no renewal of your card), you will be automatically re-credited and you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
PLEASE NOTE: if your credit card has changed in the meantime (expired date, theft or loss), please send us your full bank details, as well as the reservation number (imperative) to allow us to make the refund by bank transfer.
2/ If you have booked your tickets by Mail, Telephone, E-mail, or at the Ticketing Office Counter, please send us the following information to allow us to make the refund by bank transfer.
