Invite in press-conference, the Formula E CEO Alejandro Agag took the opportunity to stress the importance of Monaco in the motorspor’s world.

« It is fantastic to win at Monaco , said the promoter of the electric championship. I have won in GP2 with five different drivers : Romain Grosjean, Sergio Perez, Johnny Cecotto and Charles Pic. Triumph in Monaco is stronger than anything. There are many great races in motorsport, but winning Monaco is a very special feeling. »
Impatient to see the start of this round, Alejandro Agag says feeling a dash of emotion crossing the pit-lane for the first time.
« We walked into the pit-lane today and seeing those electrics cars instead of Formula 1 was a very emotional moment for me, he said. Even GP2 cannot usually get in this pit. I did not cry, but it was a very beautiful feeling. »
