Game Rules – 2025 Advent Calendar
Automobile Club de Monaco

Article 1 – Organisation
The Automobile Club de Monaco (ACM), whose headquarters are located at 23, Boulevard Albert 1er – 98000 Monaco, is organising a free game with no purchase necessary entitled “2025 Advent Calendar”, running from 1 to 24 December 2025 and accessible via the official website www.acm.mc.

Article 2 – Conditions of Participation
The game is open to any natural person of legal age, residing in the Principality of Monaco or abroad, with the exception of ACM staff members and their families. Participation in the game implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.

Article 3 – Game Principle
Each day from 1 to 24 December 2025, one question will be posted on the acm.mc website as part of the 2025 Advent Calendar. Participants must fill in the form with their last name, first name, and email address, then submit their answer. Only one entry per day and per email address is allowed. Among the correct answers, a random draw will designate the single winner of the day.

Article 4 – Winner Selection and Notification
Each day, one (1) winner is randomly selected from among the participants who provided the correct answer. Winners are contacted by email in the days following their participation, using the email address provided in the entry form. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, the prize may be reassigned.

Article 5 – Prizes
The prizes offered are official gifts from the Automobile Club de Monaco, inspired by events organised by the Club and its brands:

• Rallye Monte-Carlo,
• Rallye Monte-Carlo Historique,
• Monaco E-Prix,
• Grand Prix de Monaco Historique,
• Formula 1 Grand Prix de Monaco,
• Circuit de Monaco.

The exact nature of the prizes (collector items, accessories, merchandise, etc.) is specified each day on the calendar page.
Prizes may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

Article 6 – Liability
The Automobile Club de Monaco cannot be held responsible in the event of:

• Technical or connection issues preventing access to the game,
• Incorrect entry of contact details by the participant,
• Delay, loss, or non-receipt of email notifications.

Article 7 – Personal Data
The information collected as part of the game is used exclusively by the Automobile Club de Monaco for managing the contest and awarding the prizes. In accordance with applicable regulations, participants have the right to access, rectify, and delete their data by sending a request to: [email protected]

Article 8 – Acceptance of the Rules
Participation in the game implies full acceptance of these rules.
No claims will be considered after the game has closed.
The ACM reserves the right to modify or cancel the game at any time in the event of force majeure.
