Game Rules – Rallye Monte-Carlo 2026 Quiz
Automobile Club de Monaco

Article 1 – Organisation
The Automobile Club de Monaco (ACM), located at 23 Boulevard Albert 1er, 98000 Monaco, is organising an online game called “Rallye Monte-Carlo 2026 Quiz” (hereinafter referred to as “the Game”), taking place from 19 January 2026 to 25 January 2026 inclusive.

Article 2 – Conditions of Participation
The game is open to any natural person of legal age, residing in the Principality of Monaco or abroad, with the exception of ACM staff members and their families. Participation in the game implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.

Article 3 – Game Principle
The Game consists of an online quiz of 10 questions. To participate, the participant must complete the online form and provide their first name, last name and email address. Only one entry per day and per email address is allowed. Participants obtaining at least 8 correct answers out of 10 will be eligible for the prize draw.

Article 4 – Winner Selection and Notification
The winners will be contacted in the days following the end of the event, using the email address provided in the entry form. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, the prize may be reassigned.

Article 5 – Prizes
The prizes consist of official gifts from the Automobile Club de Monaco and the Rallye Monte-Carlo. Prizes may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

Article 6 – Liability
The Automobile Club de Monaco cannot be held responsible in the event of:

• Technical or connection issues preventing access to the game,
• Incorrect entry of contact details by the participant,
• Delay, loss, or non-receipt of email notifications.

Article 7 – Personal Data
The information collected as part of the game is used exclusively by the Automobile Club de Monaco for managing the contest and awarding the prizes. In accordance with applicable regulations, participants have the right to access, rectify, and delete their data by sending a request to: [email protected]

Article 8 – Acceptance of the Rules
Participation in the game implies full acceptance of these rules.
No claims will be considered after the game has closed.
The ACM reserves the right to modify or cancel the game at any time in the event of force majeure.
