Objective Recycling!

Reduce, Reuse, Recycle: this was the guideline applied during the 2022 European Week for Waste Reduction (EWWR) in which the Automobile Club de Monaco took part from 21st to 27th November. A commitment shared by many institutions and companies in the Principality.

The Automobile Club de Monaco carried out several actions throughout the week:

  • Recycling of old uniforms and equipment
  • Installation of new bins to optimise recycling
  • Raising staff awareness of the 0-waste objective (ecological writing fonts – 15% less toner, use of notepads made from scrap paper, personal water bottle for each employee, etc.).

In total, almost 60kg of clothes were collected.

Some posters from Automobile Club events were also collected to give them a second life. Carton bags and office materials were created from these old posters and will be distributed to journalists, volunteers and competitors during the next ACM events.
