Anyone with an electric car can take part in the E-Rallye Monte-Carlo?
To take part in the E-Rallye Monte-Carlo, all you need is a 100% electric car, a driver and co-driver and a licence for the duration of the event, which the ACM can deliver.

The E-Rallye Monte-Carlo 2024 is the 11th and penultimate round of the Bridgestone FIA ecoRally Cup.
Since which year has the Automobile Club de Monaco been organising new energy events ?
The Automobile Club de Monaco is the organiser of various new energy events: Rallye Monte-Carlo des Véhicules Électriques (from 1995 to 1999), Rallye Monte-Carlo Fuel Cell & Hybrids (2005, 2006), Rallye Monte-Carlo des Véhicules à Energie Alternative (from 2007 to 2011), Rallye Monte-Carlo des Énergies Nouvelles / Rallye Monte-Carlo ZENN (from 2012 to 2015) and the E-Rallye Monte-Carlo (since 2016).
What is the rule of thumb for performing on this Rally ?
The E-Rallye Monte-Carlo is a regularity rally that requires competitors to drive at a set average speed. Measurement points are set up on the special stages, where competitors must pass within one second. Any deviation from this theoretical time will result in penalty points. The most accurate competitors will score the fewest points and be ranked highest.
Which specific features are competitors facing this year ?
As in 2023, competitors discover the route of the day’s stage just 1 hour before they set off.
With 63 entrants and 18 manufacturers represented, how many different vehicle models does the E-Rallye Monte-Carlo 2024 feature ?
Among the 18 manufacturers, 40 models will be represented at the E-Rallye Monte-Carlo 2024, including Hyundai Kona, Volkswagen ID3 Pro S, Tesla 3, Audi E-Tron and Peugeot E208.
Will competitors be able to recharge their batteries during the stage, before returning to Monaco?
Charging points will be only those made available in the Principality by "Monaco On".
