Scrutineering: green light for the early birds!

ACM scrutineers for the 12th edition of Grand Prix de Monaco are early birds : as soon as 8 am this Thursday morning, along with the Chairman of the Technical Commission, Renato Moscati, they started to examine very closely each and every beautiful car parked on Quai Antoine 1er, taking an even closer look at the safety features : fire extinguisher, safety belts, rollbar (which must be 5cm higher than the top of the helmet), steering column, driver’s helmet and overalls.
They also checked the conformity of the Historic Technical Passport and enjoyed, as always, with their expert eyes, the pristine state of conservation of all these mythical F1 single-seaters carrying such legendary names as Ferrari, Lotus, Hesketh, Shadow, McLaren, March, as well as Maserati, Talbot Lago, Aston Martin…
Enough to make the scrutineers dream as well.
