A second shock – of new energy!
For this 2nd edition of the Monte-Carlo eRallye, a rally as symbolic as the Monaco ePrix, the Organizing Committee of the Automobile Club de Monaco demonstrates yet again its passion for innovation and its event expertise by offering 50 enthusiastic competitors (40 electric vehicles and 10 hydrogen cars) the opportunity to enter an unforgettable 2017 edition…
Since this rally was inaugurated last year, replacing the Rallye Monte-Carlo of New Energies and Rallye Monte-Carlo ZENN (Zero Emission – No Noise) in the FIA New and Electric Energy Championship calendar, the Automobile Club de Monaco continues with conviction to pursue its leadership role and consolidate its commitment to new energies and sustainable development technologies.
This event is reserved for 100 % electric vehicles, without the use of extension cables; 100 % hydrogenated or hybrid electric/hydrogen vehicles with 4 wheels; all registered for road use and with a minimum capacity of 2 and a maximum of 5 passengers. This will be a rally appreciated by automobile manufacturers and automotive specialists alike as an opportunity to demonstrate the technological potential of their vehicles under every day conditions. A challenge enjoyed by both amateurs and professional rally drivers wishing to discover the challenges and the magic of the Monte-Carlo eRallye!
