Information about ticket

By writing to us :

Onsite at the ACM Ticketing office at 44, rue Grimaldi, 98000 Monaco.

You can choose between 2 forms of ticket when you place your order on our website only:

A physical ticket, that you will receive:

  • By secured courier at the address mentioned in your client’s account if you select the shipping cost in your basket
  • On presentation of your ID card at the main ACM Ticketing Office, 44 Rue Grimaldi, 98000 MONACO, before or during the event.

An e-ticket with a QR code will be available in your personal space on the website, at a further date before the event. You will be informed by e-mail when the e-ticket is sent to your account.

We invite you to check if any message in relation with your orders are not directed into your spam box.

Apart from the legal right of withdrawal inherent to online sales (see our T&Cs), a refund of the ticket will be possible in the following cases only:

  • Cancellation of the event
  • If the event is held behind closed doors
  • If the capacity of spectators is limited, depriving the ticketholder of his right to attend the event.

No refund will be issued for any other reason, even in the case of medical inability to attend the event, or impossibility to travel due to closed borders.

We advise our Clients to contact their insurers to arrange a cancellation insurance coverage (see our General Terms&Conditions).

Your ticket can no longer be modified once you have reserved and paid for it.
The 2-day (Saturday and Sunday) packages allow you to benefit from a discount on the daily rate, regardless of the grandstand you have chosen.
  1. Select directly the tab “2-day package”. The corresponding days will appear (Saturday and Sunday).
  2. Click into one day.
  3. Choose a grandstand and confirm.
  4. Select the price (full price for the adult and free ticket for children under 16 years of age) and confirm.
  5. Repeat the same process for the other day. If the same seats are available for the other day, an information window will propose to add them automatically to your order.
  6. A discount will be automatically applied to all the tickets in your cart once the booking is completed.

Children under the age of 16 years can attend the Monaco E-Prix free of charge.

However, young children are always discouraged from attending the circuit.

Children 15 years and under must to be accompanied by an adult and should bring with ID with proof of their age.

Access for people with reduced mobility

An area adapted for people with reduced mobility is located in the Princess Stéphanie garden, in the Condamine zone. This area has a view at the Noghès bend and access from rue Saige.
Please note, this area is reserved for people in wheelchairs
and their caregivers only!

Come to the Monaco E-Prix

We highly recommend that you take public transport to get to Monaco, trains or buses.  The tribunes are easily accessible from the exits of the train station.

For the Monaco E-Prix, the SNCF TER Zou network is increasing its service with additional trains.

 

You can reserve your parking space in advance via Monaco Parkings.

The Parking des Salines, located at the western entrance to the Principality, opposite the Jardin Exotique, has a large capacity for motorised spectators. Located a 15-minute walk from the circuit, a shuttle bus service will be available every 10 minutes between 8am and 8pm.

Access to the Parking des Salines with Waze

    1. Glass bottles and cans,
    2. Pets,
    3. Any bulky items such as: suitcases*, pushchairs, bikes, scooters, helmets, camera tripods, etc.…
    4. Any object that can cause harm to another spectator: firearms, knives or blades and generally any blunt object that can be used to cut whether metal or otherwise.

*It is strongly recommended that you do not bring luggage to the Grand Prix as there are no lockers or left luggage facilities.

The circuit is situated in the centre of town, therefore within close proximity to all the shops, restaurants, cafes, etc…

On the map of the circuit you will note that all of the amenities are easily accessible from each of the Tribunes (Public WC, Emergency services, Drinks and Snack bars, etc….).

The ticket gives access to all the races of the day.

If you want to walk around Monaco between two races, please make sure to present your ticket to the controllers and have it scanned in and out each time you go in or leave your grandstand.

No ticket will allow you to do a pit walk.
