Legend & Prestige
The club was founded on August 26, 1890. Originally known as ‘Sport Vélocipédique de la Principauté (SVP) – Principality Cycling Sporting Association – it was born out of theenthusiasm and passion of 21 cycling aficionados. Within a week, it had already been re-christened ‘Sport Vélocipédique Monégasque (SVM)’ – Monaco Cycling Sporting Association.
