In order to obtain an International Licence you must:

• Be a member of the Automobile Club de Monaco
• Be a legal resident in Monaco (resident card required)

Before starting the application process:

Please bring the following documents with you:

• Resident’s card
• Medical certificate completed by the doctor – Download document
  • CENTRE MEDICO-SPORTIF / +377.92.05.41.11 (Stade Louis II, Fontvieille) or
  • Docteur Giancarlo Raffermi / +377.99.99.10.34 (IM2s, Avenue d’Ostende)
• ID photo (like a passport photo)
• Certificate of aptitude for practicing motor sport issued by a cardiologist:
  • from the age of 50 required every 3 years.
  • from the age of 60 required every 2 years, the examination must include an exercise tolerance test

IMPORTANT: The medical certificate must include the statement ” APTE A LA PRATIQUE DU SPORT AUTOMOBILE “. Without this specific mention, your application will be submitted to the ACM Medical Commission, which may result in additional processing time and possible requests for further medical examinations.

• Valid driving licence (for road licences)
• e-Learning diploma (compulsory for all first applications for INTERNATIONAL licences)

• Competition results
• School attendance certificate (for minors who do not hold a resident’s card)
• Company extract (e-Bis model) (Only for applications for an International Company Competitor Licence)
