You can choose between 2 forms of ticket when you place your order on our website only:

1/ A physical ticket, that you’ll receive:

• By secured courier at the address mentioned in your client’s account if you select the shipping cost in your basket
• On presentation of your ID card at the main ACM Ticketing Office, 44 Rue Grimaldi, 98000 MONACO, before or during the event.

2/ An e-ticket with a QR code will be available in your personal space on the website, at a further date before the event. You will be informed by e-mail when the e-ticket is sent to your account.

We invite you to check if any message in relation with your orders are not directed into your spam box.

Your ticket can no longer be modified once you have reserved and paid for it.

However, if you wish to exchange your ticket for an alternative in a superior category you can either:

1/ contact us by email: [email protected]:

• If you have selected a physical ticket and if this one has not been shipped yet
• If you chose an e-ticket: another e-ticket will be issued and will automatically cancel the first one. You’ll find it in your Client Account as soon as the payment of the difference is validated.

2/ Go in person to the main ACM Ticketing office at 44, rue Grimaldi in order to make the required change, subject to availability.

Select your seats in the GOLD (Yellow on the Tribune map) or SILVER (Grey on the Tribune map) section for each day. These seats are not eligible for any discount.

The SILVER and GOLD sections have privileged assigned seating in the best tribunes offering an unrivalled experience:

• Seats in the GOLD section are situated on the last row of the highest section in Tribune K (K1/K2/K3/K6) and L, the four lowest rows at the bottom of Tribune Band one section to the of Tribune V,
• The SILVER section seats are situated in the highest rows just below the GOLD section in Tribune K (K1/K2/K3/K6), in addition to the middle section of Tribune V.

Children up to 5 years of age do not need a ticket to enter tribunes, but must sit on the knees of the accompanying adult. However, young children are always discouraged from attending the circuit.

Children between the ages of 6 and 15 pay 50% of the full price ticket for either Saturday or Sunday and benefit from a free ticket on Thursdays.

These rates to not apply to the GOLD, SILVER and BELVEDERE Packages.
