The Prince inaugurates the new Race Control

After several months of construction, the new Race control was inaugurated by H.S.H Prince Albert II Wednesday, 11^th May 2016 at 7:30 pm.

The 1500 m² of structure was designed to cater for the constantly evolving needs of the Monaco Grand Prix (Formula 1, Historic, Formula E).

Following the inauguration, Prince Albert was invited to discover the new building accompanied by Mr Michel Boeri, President of the ACM, the Minister of State and the Interior Minister. H.S.H then visited the PC of the Race Control, the State rooms, the VIP reception facilities and the terrace which offers a view to 360 ° panorama onto the port Hercule.

From Friday, 13^rd May at 2 pm until Sunday, 29th May this building will become the new control tower for the Historic Grand Prix and Formula 1.
