The Formula 1 Grand Prix de Monaco is an unmissable event on the FIA Formula 1 World Championship calendar, and one of the sport’s most iconic races.
First held in 1929, it is regarded as one of the most prestigious motorsport competitions in the world, alongside the Indianapolis 500, the 24 Hours of Le Mans, and the Rallye Monte-Carlo WRC. Its unique circuit stands out for its spectacular urban layout, winding through the very heart of the Principality of Monaco. Both impressive and unforgiving, the Monaco circuit leaves no room for error, demanding millimetre-perfect precision, unwavering focus, and absolute technical mastery from the drivers.
As such, the Formula 1 Grand Prix de Monaco is widely recognized as one of the most challenging and rewarding tests in the championship.
The next edition will take place from 3 to 6 June 2027 (dates subject to approval by the FIA World Motor Sport Council), marking the opening round of the European leg of the FIA Formula 1 World Championship. The official ticket office will open in the coming weeks. Stay tuned!
More than just a race, the Monaco Grand Prix embodies a certain vision of Formula 1: one of historical heritage, outstanding organization, and a unique setting between sea and mountains — making it a truly one-of-a-kind event.
