Information regarding COVID 19 and the relevant sanitary measures

The Automobile Club de Monaco remains vigilant and informed of the development in the international health situation. All precautionary measures will be applied and taken to ensure a better safety for our spectators and guests. You can already book your tickets online on our website or at the Official Ticketing office (44, rue Grimaldi 98000 MONACO).

A refund of the ticket will be possible in the following cases only:

  • Cancellation of the event
  • If the event is held behind closed doors
  • If the capacity of spectators is limited, depriving the ticketholder of his right to attend the event.

No refund will be issued for any other reason, even in the case of medical inability to attend the event, or impossibility to travel due to closed borders.

We advise our Clients to contact their insurers to arrange a cancellation insurance coverage (see our General Terms&Conditions).

D – At the various selling points around the circuit during the days of the Grand Prix (see map of circuit).

You can choose between 2 forms of ticket when you place your order on our website only:

  • A physical ticket, that you’ll receive by secured courier at the address mentioned in your client’s account if you select the shipping cost in your basket
  • On presentation of your ID card at the main ACM Ticketing Office, 44 Rue Grimaldi, 98000 MONACO, before or during the event.

We invite you to check if any message in relation with your orders are not directed into your spam box.

Your ticket can no longer be modified once you have reserved and paid for it.

However, if you wish to exchange your ticket for an alternative in a superior or equal category you can either:

  • Contact us by email: [email protected]:
  • Go in person to the main ACM Ticketing office at 44, rue Grimaldi in order to make the required change, subject to availability.

The modification of the ticket for an equal or superior category is not binding, it is subject to availability.

The 2-day (Saturday and Sunday) and 3-day (Thursday, Saturday and Sunday) packages allow you to benefit from a 10% reduction on the daily rate, regardless of the Tribune you have chosen (this offer does not apply to standing zones e.g. Z1 and the Rock)

This discount is also applied on the GOLD* packages.

*The GOLD section has privileged assigned seating in the best tribunes offering an unrivalled experience.

Seats in the GOLD section are situated on the highest rows of Tribune K (K1/K2/K3/K6) and L, the four lowest rows at the bottom of Tribune B and one section to the of Tribune V.

Select your seats in your chosen tribune and select “full price” for each day.  Your basket will automatically recalculate applying the 10% discount.

Children up to 5 years of age do not need a ticket to enter tribunes, but must sit on the knees of the accompanying adult. However, young children are always discouraged from attending the circuit.

Children between the ages of 6 and 15 pay 50% of the full price ticket for Friday, Saturday or Sunday and benefit from a free ticket on Thursdays.

These rates to not apply to the GOLD, SILVER and BELVEDERE Packages.

Children under 15 must to be accompanied by an adult and should have ID.

Access for people with reduces mobility

The Automobile Club de Monaco has set aside 2 platforms:

  • An area on the Rock, overlooking the port for all persons needing wheelchair access. The Association Monégasque des Handicapés Moteurs is in charge of this area.

  • A disabled area for people with a reduced mobility in the Princesse Stephanie garden, located in the Condamine. This area has a view on the Noghès bend and an access from rue Saige.

All requests for this area must be sent by e-mail to [email protected], or to the ACM tickets office located 44 Rue Grimaldi 98000 MONACO.

Come to the Grand Prix de Monaco

We highly recommend that you take public transport to get to Monaco, trains or buses.  The tribunes are easily accessible from the exits of the train station.

If you decide to come by car, you can reserve your parking space in advance via Monaco Parkings.

  1. Glass bottles and cans,
  2. Pets,
  3. Any bulky items such as: suitcases*, pushchairs, bikes, scooters, helmets, camera tripods, etc.…
  4. Any object that can cause harm to another spectator: firearms, knives or blades and generally any blunt object that can be used to cut whether metal or otherwise.

*It is strongly recommended that you do not bring luggage to the Grand Prix as there are no lockers or left luggage facilities.

The circuit is situated in the centre of town, therefore within close proximity to all the shops, restaurants, cafes, etc…

On the map of the circuit you will note that all of the amenities are easily accessible from each of the Tribunes (Public WC, Emergency services, Drinks and Snack bars, etc….).
