After a weekend in Misano full of twists and turns, the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship is now setting sail for Monaco, for a key round of the season. Here’s an overview of what’s in store.
The 7th edition of the Monaco E-Prix is coming soon! On the programme for this 100% motorsport day: free practice sessions, qualifying sessions, race and plenty of entertainment for fans.
With its reputation for overtaking, the Monaco E-Prix puts on a breathtaking show every year in the iconic streets of Monaco! All the winners of the event will be at the start of this 7th edition (Sébastien Buemi, Jean-Éric Vergne, Antonio Felix Da Costa, Stoffel Vandoorne, Nick Cassidy).
Halfway through the season, the battle for the title is heating up. Leading the overall standings after 7 races, Pascal Wehrlein and Jake Dennis are tied on 89 points each. The title holder in the Principality, Nick Cassidy, is 4th overall. The suspense is on for a triumph on the Monaco Circuit this year.
Located on Quai Antoine1er, this free area will be open on Saturday 27 April (9am-9pm), offering a variety of activities for all the family!
In the Gaming Arena, you will be able to try your hand at Formula E e-sports simulators, Pit Stop Challenge and “BATAK” reaction tests. There will also be a sustainable cardboard trophy-making workshop for younger visitors.
This year, the Allianz Fan Village gives you the chance to get close to the action, with a Q&A session with the drivers. On stage, concerts, DJ sets and a BMX stunt await you. There’s something for everyone!
Finally, the famous GEN3 car will be on public display in Monaco’s Place d’Armes from Thursday 25 to Saturday 27 April (9am-6pm).
The FIA Girls on Track operation is coming to the Monaco Circuit for one day. If you are aged between 12 and 18, you can still apply to take part in this 100% female initiative on Friday 26 April 2024.
The aim is to immerse participants in the unique, exciting and electrifying atmosphere of Formula E. A series of activities, discoveries and conferences are planned for teenage girls.
