The ticket is exclusively a physical ticket.

Apart from the legal right of withdrawal inherent to online sales (see our T&Cs), a refund of the ticket will be possible in the following cases only:
No refund will be issued for any other reason, even in the case of medical inability to attend the event, or impossibility to travel due to closed borders.
We advise our Clients to contact their insurers to arrange a cancellation insurance coverage (see our General Terms&Conditions).
Your ticket can no longer be modified once you have reserved and paid for it.
However, if you wish to exchange your ticket for an alternative in a superior or equal category you can either:
The modification of the ticket for an equal or superior category is not binding, it is subject to availability.
The 2-day (Saturday and Sunday) and 3-day (Thursday, Saturday and Sunday) packages allow you to benefit from a 10% reduction on the daily rate, regardless of the Tribune you have chosen (this offer does not apply to standing zones e.g. Z1 and the Rock)
This discount is also applied on the GOLD* packages.
*The GOLD section has privileged assigned seating in the best tribunes offering an unrivalled experience.
Seats in the GOLD section are situated on the highest rows of Tribune K (K1/K2/K3/K6) and L, the four lowest rows at the bottom of Tribune B and one section to the of Tribune V.
Children up to 5 years of age do not need a ticket to enter tribunes, but must sit on the knees of the accompanying adult. However, young children are always discouraged from attending the circuit.
Children between the ages of 6 and 15 pay 50% of the full price ticket for Friday, Saturday or Sunday and benefit from a free ticket on Thursdays.
These rates to not apply to the GOLD, SILVER and BELVEDERE Packages or to the standing areas.
Children under 15 must to be accompanied by an adult and should have ID.
An area adapted for people with reduced mobility is located in the Princess Stéphanie garden, in the Condamine zone. This area has a view at the Noghès bend and access from rue Saige. Please note, this area is reserved for people in wheelchairs only!

We highly recommend that you take public transport to get to Monaco, trains or buses. The tribunes are easily accessible from the exits of the train station.
For the Formula 1 Grand Prix de Monaco, the SNCF TER Zou network is increasing its service with additional trains.
You can reserve your parking space in advance via Monaco Parkings.

In 2024: the Parking des Salines, located at the western entrance to the Principality, opposite the Jardin Exotique, has a large capacity for motorised spectators. Located a 15-minute walk from the circuit, a shuttle bus service will be available every 10 minutes between 8am and 8pm.
